What is a Grab Hire Service?
Grab hire is a large-scale waste management service typically deployed if a consignment of unwanted material won’t fit into a skip. A grab lorry is a fleet vehicle fitted with a hydraulic arm that has reach capabilities of up to 6m. At the end of the hydraulic arm is a bucket which “grabs” stored waste before loading it onto the lorry’s bed prior to the driver removing material from site.
